How does the delivery and pickup process work?

  • Delivery: Provide the address of your rental home in one of our service areas. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, we’ll place the items in weatherproof bags at a designated, accessible location (e.g., near a bicycle rack or fence door) and send you a photo via text message.
  • Pickup: At the end of your rental period, place the equipment back in the bags provided and leave them in an accessible location (not behind locked doors or gates). Inform us of the location, and we’ll handle the rest.

What is the minimum order for free delivery?

We offer free delivery to your rental home for all orders above $159.

What types of baby gear do you offer?

Our inventory includes a wide range of infant, toddler, and children’s gear:

  • Bath: Bath seats, tubs, and accessories
  • Eat: High chairs, booster seats, and feeding accessories
  • Go: Scooters, strollers, and wagons
  • Play: Activity centers, toys, books, and games
  • Safety: Baby monitors, outlet covers, and safety gates
  • Sleep: Cribs, pack ’n plays, and bed rails

How do I make a reservation?

You can reserve items directly through the product listing pages on this website. If you have specific needs or questions, feel free to contact us at (929) 387-0432 or [email protected].

What is your payment process?

We use Stripe for secure electronic payments. After confirming your reservation, you’ll receive an invoice via our platform. Please note that customers have between 7 and 30 days to pay the invoice, based upon the date of their order.

Is a security deposit required?

Most items require payment of a refundable security deposit. Security deposits are due at time of order placement. Please note that security deposits are 100% refundable and will not be deducted from the total amount owed on your invoice. Once your reservation has ended, your items returned, and no damages or issues found, your security deposit will be promptly returned in full.

Is a waiver required?

Yes, we require a signed waiver for every rental. We’ll send the waiver for your review after your reservation is confirmed.

What if I have space constraints at my rental?

Let us know about any space limitations, and we’ll provide a selection of inventory that best fits your needs.

Can you provide recommendations for first-time visitors to Fire Island?

Absolutely! If this is your first visit to Fire Island, we’re happy to offer recommendations and advice, especially when traveling with young children. Don’t hesitate to ask us any questions.

What are your operating hours?

We operate from May through October, seven days a week. Our customer support is available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
